Have any of the others been recalled? It’s hard to believe that the contaminated batch ONLY made the puppy chews.

I have a package of these with the same UPS code. My dog has chewed bits/pieces off the tan nylon/plastic one so I took it away from her. She has been sick a lot and vomits at least once a week. Last week also had diarrhea. She is an aggressive chewer and I have a hard time finding something she does not destroy. Now I have to worry about this too. I will attempt to return it tomorrow when in town. Thanks for the info.

Get the regular nyla bones Clear ones or the kind with nubs. My Min Pin is also an aggressive chewer also but he hasn’t been able to put any damage on either of his. He can chew through those raw hide large bones with in an hour. Was afraid he’d have problems passing them. I’ve also used the nyla bones on all our dogs without problems.

Hiya, I have a staffy cross and he’s also an aggressive chewer, I have an XL KONG toy which he’s had for over a year it’s a little too big for him to be able to get his mouth around it and you can fill it with treats, peanut butter etc. Also he has a coconut for the garden, if you rub the hair off with some sandpaper, it will keep them occupied for ages as he can’t quite get his mouth round that too. Far easier, cheaper and less worry that buying ‘new’ product and testing them to destruction 🙂

If they are really doing a recall on a batch then why is no one being notified. By that I mean, I am manager at a pet store and we sell all different kinds of nylabones from the puppy starter pack to the dura chews and all of the above, so it would have been much appreciated for the company to send out an email to those companies selling the product. This is not a joke to me at all. I take my job seriously, and to know I could have these at my store really ticks me off. I hope when I get into work today that I find an email informing us about this.
