We’ve all heard about the Grammy Awards and the Academy Awards. But, what about the Golden Collar Awards? The first annual Golden Collar Awards was held earlier this month in Los Angeles to celebrate and honor dogs in film. It’s no surprise that Uggie, the four-legged star of “The Artist” and “Water for Elephants” was the big winner of the day, taking 2 of the 5 nominations for Best Dog in a Theatrical Film and winning for his role in “The Artist.” So, who else took home an award?
