When his pup was just three years old, Mike Chesworth of Phoenix, Arizona told his precious little Angel that if she lived to be 15-years-old, he would throw her a quinceañera.
So, just one day after her 15th birthday, the party went off without a hitch, just as Mike had promised Angel twelve years earlier. All her two and four-legged friends joined the fun!
